Pleasant hotel, all of the staff were courteous and polite, marvellous location to airport 409. Location: the property was just off the port, zoo, dolphinarium, alley, train station, bus stop near by, and the main train station of Varna. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Restaurant Chuchurite that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Facilities were new, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, I found the breakfast options limited, and the cold fried eggs were particularly disappointing. WiFi connectivity in the room was unreliable, forcing me to go to the corridors for a decent connection. The hotel occasionally hosted events that created loud noise late into the evening, disrupting my sleep.

I loved the fact that it is very close to the Central Railway Station of Varna. Our train arrived late in the evening and we only had to walk for a couple of minutes to the hotel.

The trash from the bathroom was already full when we got there, so the room wasn't clean properly. The hotel stuff doesn't speak much English and they weren't that nice and friendly. I didn't like the breakfast, the coffee was awful, they had very cheap juice, there was hair in their stewed peaches because they weren't covered with anything, the cookies weren't fresh. In my opinion, it worths to stay there just for a night or two and just because of its location.

The indoor gym facilities provided a great way to stay active , with modern equipment and a pleasant environment.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms left a lot to be desired, with visible mold in the corners that needed attention.

Excellent hotel and credit to the staff, They catered for everything I needed , Very polite and made my stay relaxing and welcome, I would recommend this hotel to freinds and anyone travelling for business. 100% satisfied. (

Very hard to comment. There wasnt much to dislike, Breakfast wasnt what I would of liked , but I was in bulgaria. So thats what they serve..

Very good location in Varna. Perfect hygiene in the room. Relax center in the hotel with sea view. Comfortable bed.

The room was super lekker! Loved the bright colors and plush layout. Staff were really friendly. Just a quick stroll to the train station, perfect for my travel plans!

Only downside was that the brekkie, although okay, could've offered more variety.

The staff was excellent co-operating and we would love to stay here again. We liked this brand-new hotel, no complaint. The restaurant was good for breakfast.

The location near the railway station made it super convenient for onward travel. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room felt spacious and clean, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the variety at breakfast. There were enough options to start the day right, although the fried eggs could've been served hot. The staff were friendly but lacked consistency in providing responses to inquiries. I also noticed some cleaning inconsistencies, particularly in the bathroom, where a bit more attention would have made a difference.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of variety! WiFi in the room was unreliable.

Rooms were clean and spacious! Super close to the train station, made things easy! Staff were friendly and helpful with tips on local spots to check out.

Sometimes there could've been more variety in the breakfast, but overall it was pretty good.
